ALABASTER A well-known man in Shelby County is now facing charges of possession of child pornography with the intent to distribute and dissemination or display of child pornography.
Bobby Joe Seales, 76, of Alabaster, was arrested on Thursday, May 13, 2021. He posted $40,000 in bonds and was released from the Shelby County Jail the same day.
Seales is currently the Vice President General of the Southern District of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution. He has also served as an ambassador for the Alabama Bicentennial and is the former president of the Shelby County Historical Society. ....
