Bill: if you showed up over the weekend you know gas is going up. the price of a barrel of crude rising to $106 and we are seeing the prices soar at the bump. the white house now considering tapping into the u.s. strategic oil reserve. there it is, 106 and climbing. is this idea? eric bolling anchor of follow the money on the fox business network, good morning to you. good morning to you. bill: you traded oil in your other life. 23 years. i was there for all three releases. there have only been three releases of oil from the strategic oil reserve in history. the first one was 1990, desert storm gulf war. after they released the 21 million barrels it spiked up, people said, wow this must be really bad, prices went up. bill clinton sold 28 million barrels of oil used it to pay down some of the debt, prices again went up. and the third time after ....
