Just below freezing for most of the area, youll find some icy spots. There was melting during the day yesterday but they are slowly disappearing. 31 degrees at 6 00. By 9 00, just above freezing. The agency classified the storm as a category 4 which means it had a crippling impact. Nearly 24 Million People saw at least 20. S of snow.
