The news of the reopening of businesses in Texas to 100% will mean our local businesses will be working harder than ever, especially in this busy spring season.  With 34 new businesses having opened their doors since Jan. 1, 2020, Smithville is welcoming new businesses as well as seeing existing businesses expand.
