KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of former Felda chairman Tan Sri Shahrir Ab Samad, who is charged with failing to declare RM1mil that he received from Datuk Seri Najib Razak to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) was postponed to Dec 22 as the prosecution’s star witness is unwell.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 The High Court was today told that there was a deposit of RM1 million made into a Public Islamic Bank joint account in the name of Tan Sri Shahrir Ab Samad.
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court was on Tuesday (Oct 4) told that RM1mil was deposited into a Public Islamic Bank joint account in the name of Tan Sri Shahrir Ab Samad and his wife Puan Sri Shahrizan Abdullah, through a cheque on Nov 28, 2013.
