On Saturday, March 27 just after midnight, Sgt. Taylor Fletcher contacted a passing driver at Johnson Street and W. Commerce while out on foot on another traffic stop. The driver of the second vehicle appeared to be intoxicated, and SFSTs were performed. The driver was subsequently arrested for DWI. On Wednesday, March 31, Lt. Pete Bastardo took a report in regards to someone hitting a mailbox. There are no suspects to list. On Wednesday, March 31 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Deputy Mike Sheedy contacted a complainant by phone. This was in regards to animal cruelty. Complainant reported three dogs had been left at a residence he just purchased in the 2500 block of Willow Bend Road. The previous occupant had been evicted and left property, and abandoned the dogs at the property. ....
On Saturday, March 27 at about 11:13 a.m. Deputy Marvin Simpson responded to the Mukewater Cemetery on CR 175. This was in regards to fences being damaged and a license plate being found on scene. Two fences were damaged including the fence against the cemetery. The license plate retrieved from the scene came back to a stolen vehicle from Friday. On Sunday, March 28 at about 5:11 p.m. Deputy Thomas responded to CR 173 in regards to more damaged fences. An individual stated he had seen a gray pickup pull into his drive and leave. The individual later noticed the damages to his property. ....

On Monday, March 8 at about 9:54 a.m. Deputy Marvin Simpson received a phone call from Lt. Pete Bastardo. This was in regard to unwanted subject. The address of the call was unknown at the time. Upon meeting with the complaint, deputies were advised the address was CR 270. The complaint stated his step-grandson was no longer wanted at the property for multiple reasons. Deputies made contact with the step-grandson at the back residence on the property. Deputy Simpson advised the step-grandson the complaint would like him to leave the property. The step-grandson willingly and on his own free will left the property. Deputy Simpson transported the step-grandson to the Royal Inn. Deputy Simpson issued a Criminal Trespass Warning to the step-grandson, by request of the complaint. ....
