At the preliminary hearing for Jesse and Brandon Widmark – Both are accused of attempted murder, robbery and assault with a deadly weapon – HCSO Deputy Kyle Crotty said he was yelling at one of the rifle-carrying brothers to put the gun down when he began shooting. He did not identify which brother he shot.
