Crooms, 16, and Sincere Pierce, 18, held a press conference on the lawn of the Moore Justice Center in Viera announcing a lawsuit he filed Thursday night against Deputy Jafet Santiago-Miranda and the Brevard County Sheriff s Office. Pierce and Crooms were shot and killed in a traffic stop in November. Crump and his counselor Steven Hart, along with attorney Natalie Jackson, represent the families of the two Cocoa teens, Angelo A.J. Crooms, 16, and Sincere Pierce, 18.
