A WHOPPING 15million Brits have now received a second Covid jab - with the majority over-70s fully vaccinated.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson hailed the rollout, writing on Twitter: 15 million people across our United Kingdom have received two doses of a COVID vaccine.

PEOPLE aged 40 and over in England are now being invited to book their coronavirus jab, NHS leaders have announced.
NHS England said that text messages will be sent out from Friday to over 40s allowing them to arrange their jab appointments - as 34 million Brits are now protected with a first dose.

It follows nearly three quarters of a million appointments being made on Monday and Tuesday after the vaccine rollout was extended to people aged 42 to 44, it added.
It is also thought that the over 30 s will get their vaccine call up within the next two weeks. ....

In a huge boost for the nation, vaccines for over-30s are set to start within a fortnight while 40-year-olds will be invited for their jabs from today as the numbers falling ill with Covid drop to the lowest level since the pandemic began.
From today, anyone aged 40 and over in England can book a vaccination. This is set to be extended on May 10, when people aged 35 to 39 are likely to be called up for their first jabs. ....
