Fraser’s duties in Brockville conclude Oct. 3 and he’ll start at 705 Division St. the next day. He said his first steps will be to get to know the members.
“People are the most important asset,” Fraser said. “It’s a new organization for me. I’ll be learning the lay of the land, the Kingston community, and obviously doing the job that needs to be done.” ....
