Gadsden County Sheriff's Deputy Brian Faison died in January from COVID-19, and the Sheriff's department is making sure his memory lives on bagging groceries for the scholarship fund in the deputies name.

GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) â The Gadsden County Sheriffâs Office announced Saturday that Deputy Brian Faison died after contracting COVID-19.
Faison served as a Gadsden County Deputy for 26-years.
The Gadsden County Sheriffâs Office released the following statement Saturday morning:
âOn behalf of The Gadsden County Sheriffâs Office, I pray for understanding for the bereaved as I extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Deputy Brian Faison. And for all of those closest to Brian; just know that his GCSO family inherently shares this burden of sorrow because he was our brother-of-the-badge!
