2 arrested on drug charges in Carlisle County Tyler Ogden and Bobbie Bishop (Source: Carlisle County) By Ashley Smith | March 3, 2021 at 3:39 PM CST - Updated March 3 at 3:41 PM CARLISLE COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Tyler Ogden and Bobbie Bishop were arrested on drug charges in Carlisle County on Tuesday, March 2. According to the Carlisle County Sheriff’s office, Ogden, a person-of-interest in a Carlisle County drug investigation, was pulled over by Deputy Ben Green and K-9 Officer Kimber. Bishop, of Union City, was a passenger in the car. Officer Kimber alerted Deputy Green, signaling that there were narcotics in the car. After a search of the car, deputies found a used methamphetamine pipe, a small baggy of methamphetamine, and digital scales with visible methamphetamine residue on them.

(KFVS) - At approximately 10:00 pm on February 9th, Deputy Ben Green conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of US 62 and KY 408. The vehicle was operated by Sharon Stone, 49, of Mayfield. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Stephen Jackson, 61, of Wingo. During the traffic stop Jackson admitted that he was in possession of marijuana.
