Talks to secure a trade deal between the uk and the European Union are resuming later on monday. They broke up last night with the trickiest areas of disagreement like fishing richts, Competition Rules and enforcement of the deal remaining unresolved. If theres going to be a deal, it needs to be done by december 31st. Our Political Correspondent chris mason reports. Last night in brussels, the lights on, the talks ongoing. Huge amount at stake. It is serious. Its at 50 50 right now and i dont think one can be optimistic about resolution emerging.
