This exciting inaugural event kicks off a new partnership between McCarter and Jazz at Princeton University (led by the award winning, incomparable alto saxophonist Rudresh Mahanthappa who has moved many McCarter audiences with his Indo-Pak Coalition and as part of Vijay Iyer’s ensemble.) Multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and composer Camille Thurman joins Princeton’s Jazz Vocal Collective, under the direction of Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin, in the celebration of life, love, and culture through diverse musical styles and composers.
