GRAND FORKS – More than 200 guests were reminded of the ultimate sacrifice U.S. military service members have made for this country when they gathered at Memorial Park North Cemetery on Monday, May 29, for the Memorial Day Ceremony.
The Grand Forks Memorial Day ceremony was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 30, at Memorial Park North Cemetery, but was canceled due to heavy rain, thunder and lightning. It will not be rescheduled for another day this year.
