A Delhi court on Tuesday extended Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's judicial custody till May 20, in a money laundering case related to the alleged liquor policy scam being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
The Supreme Court on Tuesday questioned the Enforcement Directorate over the delay in the probe against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case registered in the connection with scrapped Delhi liquor policy. The Court asked the agency to produce three volumes of case file to check the investigating officer’s notes in the case.
The Supreme Court on Friday indicated that it would consider if Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested in the Delhi excise policy case, could be given interim bail in view of the ongoing elections.
