Picture: REINAL CHAND More than 100 families currently on lockdown at the Delai Saweni settlement outside Lautoka were assisted with basic food rations by the Foundation for the Rural Integrated Enterprises and Development (FRIEND) today. Resident Anokh Kumar said most families had been without food and this was why they reached out to FRIEND Fiji for assistance. “We would like to thank FRIEND Fiji for coming to our rescue,” Mr Kumar said. ....
