U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., member of the Senate Appropriations Committee and chairman of the Senate Armed Services Cybersecurity Subcommittee, along with Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, announced the funding for the Appalachian Cybersecurity Training, Innovation & Opportunity Network (ACTION) project.
