A Houston police officer has resigned following his arrest after allegations that he exposed himself to two different women and a young child in Humble.
William McCoy, 25, is accused of exposing his genitals to two women on consecutive days last week, once while displaying a handgun and once in the presence of his 2-year-old son, court records show. While on police duty earlier this year, McCoy struck and killed a pedestrian.
