William McCoy, 25, is accused of exposing his genitals to two women on consecutive days last week, once while displaying a handgun and once in the presence of his 2-year-old son, court records show. While on police duty earlier this year, McCoy struck and killed a pedestrian.
A Houston police officer hit and killed a pedestrian in the 5500 block of Aldine Bender Road in north Harris County, authorities say. His family identified him as 24-year-old Caleb Swafford.
