Ross Cameron / Special to The Chronicle 2020 No one is quite sure what to expect from Johnny Cueto this season, but the Giants’ right-hander is another year removed from Tommy John surgery and said Wednesday that he’s feeling great. “As a matter of fact,” Cueto said, “I feel like a kid.” Cueto, who turned 35 on Monday, struggled in the pandemic-shortened 2020 season, going 2-3 with a 5.40 ERA in 12 starts. But just getting those appearances offered a base for this year, and now he hopes the training wheels are off.
