Pennsylvania, jessica dean is there. so they came, they debated and what did voters get to see? reporter: yeah, what did voters see because they will ultimately make the decision here. they are the ones that get to make the decision. so we saw john fetterman and mehmet oz coming together for their first and only debate and we certainly saw effects of at the timer machine s stroke rec fetterman s stroke on display. he said that he would mush words together and he did. he seemed to get lost in his sentences. so we did see that. but there were also issues discussed and fetterman s campaign is respond to oz s answer on abortion, asked if he would support a federal law that would ban abortions after 15 ....

Last night finally the closing arguments in the hearing. we saw somewhat of a different person giving up his closing arguments and became very emotional speaking for almost an hour telling them he did not commit this act which is what this hinges on and the prosecution says this was intentional, the defendant saying no this was not intentional and up to the jury to decide. it s worth noting, kate, on these charges particularly the six of intentional homicide, if he is convicted on either any of those six charges, he will face a mandatory life sentence. so very serious charges that this defendant is facing and you re seeing it happen on our screen. the judge is going through the verdict sheets that they deliberated. we re about to learn what the result is of their decision. the judge will continue to go through the paperwork and bring it to you live. in the meantime, joining me is ....
