Romeo Caramat Jr., PRO-13 chief, welcomed the promotion as a manifestation of the dedication of the Philippine National Police personnel in the Caraga Region to their duties and responsibilities as public servants. "As your regional director, we have to keep that level of service going and try to find ways to improve on it whenever we can," Caramat said.
