ed henry in des moines. how will it play out over the next few hours, ed. reporter: well, you remember he just left the white house as a senior adviser working in the clinton administration years ago as chief of staff. he now has sent out an e-mail to hillary clinton staffers saying she is in. she will be in iowa in the next couple of days, i m told by a party official that she is likely to be here tuesday, maybe wednesday, as well. why that is significant two-fold, one, there were reports a couple of days saying she may be here in iowa as early as this afternoon, this evening looks like she will take a bit of a breather after putting out this video in the next few moments or so and then come here to iowa and why that is significant, of course. remember in 2007 she also put a video out first time she ran for president and put it on her official website and then waited a week. she voted on various issues and then hit the campaign trail. this time they want to get here ....
Look at the polls out today about the size and scope of government, gallop, bigger than it has ever been, and people don t like it. i think one of the things that could have happened last week was to push for delay. even you saw deborah schultz today saying look, not everybody in obama care is sacred. we should be open-minded about this. and i think that showed a crack in the dam. so the delay was probably better last week, we spent the week talking about de-fund, where do we go from here? you still have the obama care, we don t have the delay piece. one of the big things i think they could do. and i think i had it wrong a couple of months ago, is the congressional exemption from obama care is something i think the republicans should be able to push. david vetter and a few others, they re so worried they don t even allow it to have a vote. and they re starting to use ....
