define against bradley. he did do fine against bradley. i remember the snl impression of gore. not his best debating experience. he got more votes. i want to play rand paul. i want to be fair reflecting what these candidates are saying. paul is saying we don t need moderators at all. we don t need prime minister questions. rand paul is into that. he likes debating on the senate floor. i saw one idea that i like. that s a debate with no moderator which would be interesting. you sat around a table in groups of maybe five around a table and had a discussion. just proves a point. you ask 14 different presidential candidates what you want out of a debate, you are going to get 14 different answers. that s part of it. they can t all come to some kind of consensus. it does trouble me donald trump is rumored to say he wants to hold his own negotiations
to set the stage as critically as possible to the president s speech tomorrow night there is a great deal of division amongst them. for perry it is a big deal. he has not had a lot of debating experience in his political career though it goes back more than three decades. his aides have been downplaying expectations saying it is not his strong suit. perry is the front-runner, he will be the center of attention and object of countries from rivals. don t expect romney to come out swinging it is not his style. he s more of a counter puncher. romney and perry will likely let others start the fighting and then join the chorus amongst one another. romney has been trailing in the polls behind perry by about double digits and wants to get back on top. for michelle bachmann this is a big deal. she has been slipping in the polls since she won the straw poll in iowa because that
