Reporter this airport was filled with protesters for the better part of the last 48 hours. This afternoon the whole checkin area was clotted with protesters trying deliberately to prevent any passengers from coming in and registering for flights. It doesnt look like much now. This got really hot and then really cold all within a matter of about two hours. The whole thing was sparked when protesters thought they found a man who was a spy or a Police Officer from mainland china. They grabbed him, restrained him, and took some of his possessions. Some of the protesters are still now combing through some of his belongings trying to determine his identity. This has been going on for hours. They beat him, they strapped him to one of these luggage carousels, and then they paraded him around the airport in a savage act of cruelty

Some fighting for their lives right now. One of the targets, families doing saturday shopping in el paso. The other, crowds at a weekend night spot in dayton, ohio. Around 1 00, we got the first reports of the devastating mass shooting in the downtown area of the oregon district of dayton, ohio. Thats 1 00 a. M. Today. Not to be confused with yesterdays shooting. A gunman opening fire, killing at least nine people, injuring 16 others. Police say the suspect was using a long gun. Witnesses calling in to us moments ago and describing the shots ringing in one after the other. Were told that the gunman was killed by police who were in the area. No officers were injured and officials are now trying to identify who exactly that suspect was. Now, Dayton Police gave us this update. Just a couple hours ago. We had multiple officers in the immediate vicinity when this incident started. Theres a very short timeline of violence. For that, were very fortunate. This was all an exterior event. It all

Thousands of protesters streamed into the hong kong airport again today forcing airlines to cancel every single outbound flight this afternoon. The demonstrators blocked entrances to the airport, barricading them with a luggage card. Some threw the carts and Water Bottles at officers. At one point, the demonstrators detained two men. They accused them of being undercover agents for beijing. Video showed one of the men with zip ties around his wrists tied to a baggage cart. Cops eventually got him out of the airport and into an ambulance. Police used pepper spray and batons on the protesters. It was an unimaginable occurrence that the riot police came in to this building, in this place at this time, but it happened. They beat one man until his face was bloody. They arrests some of the demonstrators. The protesters are calling for more democratic policies in hong kong and an independent investigation to Police Actions during the protest. It started two months ago over an extradition bill
