Wyo. students recognized by Wyoming congressional delegates 2021 Congressional awards gold medalists CHEYENNE, Wyo.- U.S. Senator John Barrasso, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis, and Congresswoman Liz Cheney recognized 47 outstanding Wyoming youth for earning bronze, silver and gold Congressional Awards.
