These two private schools are the Mt. Moriah Christian Academy in Ormoc City offering classes for Nursery to Grade 3 learners, and the Notre Dame of Abuyog, Inc. in Abuyog town with classes for junior and senior high school students. In Leyte province, there are three schools identified as ready for face-to-face learning. These are Palo I Central School in Palo town, Bato Central School, and Dolho Elementary School, both in Bato town.
