MANHATTAN, KAN. –  Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 700 block of S. 6th St. in Manhattan on February 12, 2021, at approximately 11:17 a.m. Officers listed A&M Auto Repair as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle and attempted to steal an additional vehicle’s catalytic converter.
