They are saying that ten people have been killed in an air strike and that 40 people have been injured. Mar 16, 2021 LISBON In county Municipal Court, a March 22 preliminary hearing was set for Jamie Tice, 20, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly striking his mother, Kristie Tice, in the eye on March 8 during an argument. Mark A. Walton, 55, Crawford Road, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of having a weapon while under a disability and aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill Cinthia Hannan while holding a handgun, which caused Hannan and her family to flee from the home in fear. Walton was also fined $250, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional 59 days in jail for violating a protection order for interfering with the home where Danise Moore was staying, by writing a letter to another person informing that person to occupy the home until he could return, change the locks and dispose of property. ....
