Alex, antiestablishment candidate roy moore. Fill us in tonight. Yes, he did. Theres a lot of happiness and excitement tonight at the Campaign Head quartsers for roy moore. Everyone has gathered up front waiting for the judge to come out and give his victory remarks. Luther strange has conseedceded defeat. This is a significant blow to the president who cast his vote with Luther Strange. The president deciding to go with the establishment candidate Luther Strange who had worked for years in washington as a lobbyist while many of his own base and many of his most prominent supporters like steve bannon like Sarah Huckabee excuse me, sarah palin, did go for roy moore. Talked about draining the swamp. But President Trump made it clear that his support for Luther Strange came out of a sense of loyalty, that Luther Strange had shown he would be a loyal foot soldier in the senate, willing to vote the way the president wanted to advance his agenda, to vote out obamacare.
