“It’s an opportunity to think about everything that has happened, the reason why I’m running, and it’ll push me to the end,” Kovalski said.
Running didn’t always serve that purpose for him. It does now.
This weekend he will participate in the second David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge, where he will run (or walk) 4 miles every 4 hours for a total of 48 hours as part of a fundraiser to benefit the Allied Services Foundation. ....
