BETHEL The Bethel Library will close beginning next Monday due to the rise in coronavirus cases in the state and the expected increase over the holidays.
Only curbside services will be available. In-person computer appointments will be suspended until after Jan. 6. The book drop box will remain open. Fines will be waived until Jan. 6.
During this time, staff will reconfigure the computer lab to better ensure social distancing, the library said. Staff will also train on new software and services to better support the community during the pandemic. ....
