A man and a woman have both been charged after leaving a newborn inside a running vehicle while they spent hours inside a bar, according to court documents.
David Figueroa and Elizabeth Bryand are accused of leaving a newborn inside a running car outside of a bar at 9501 Airline. Authorities also found a gun in the car.
