Indictments issued for rape, burglary charges By Kyle Shaner - [email protected] SIDNEY – A Sidney man was indicted on a rape charge while a Piqua man was indicted on an aggravated burglary charge, both of which are first degree felonies, by the Shelby County grand jury. Timothy James Beard, 23, of Sidney, was indicted on a charge of rape, a first degree felony. Beard reportedly engaged in sexual conduct with a girl younger than 13 years old. Zaqon Marteece Zion Clemons, 22, of Piqua, was indicted on a charge of aggravated burglary, a first degree felony. Clemons and others reportedly forced entry into an occupied home on East South Street in Sidney, without permission, while he possessed a gun. ....
