Pat Toomey, in reference to your position on the lawfulness of the Pennsylvania electoral votes, you have quoted the Constitution as stating a U.S. citizen’s right to vote, “shall not be denied of abridged.” The Constitution also stipulates, “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature.” I watched your presentation regarding electoral vote objections during the Senate debate on Jan. 6, 2021, where you sustained the contention that Pennsylvania Executive and Judicial branches overstepped their authority in changing Pennsylvania election laws. However, you then stated the 10,000-plus votes counted under those new laws would not have affected the Pennsylvania electoral votes and therefore should not be justification for unfairness to PA voters and you voted accordingly. ....
