Either way the department of justice launched a federal investigation into the Baltimore Police department. Loretta lynch will check to see if there is a pattern of violations in the department. It is expected to take several months. Today baltimores fraternal order of police said it welcomed the investigation but suggested looking into Baltimore City mayor blake. This happened on Parliament Hill. Their equivalent of capitol hill. Two are dead, including a canadian soldier and the suspect.
