suspected in the shooting of an eight-year-old boy. these 32-year-old james jared a1 $.1 million warrant has been issued at this moment for his arrest. the drive-by shooting happened as the boy was playing in the front yard of his home near you buchanan field. a silver honda came up and the man inside just opened fire. thing the boy in the shoulder. he was rushed to surgery and this morning is expected to be okay. investigators are not sure if the boy himself was the intended target. they don t believe the shooting is gang- related. it is sad and we want to get we want to know why. why they would shoot especially with children in front of house. he still on the loose this morning. he s considered to be armed and dangerous. boy is at children s hospital in oakland where he is in stable condition. the search is on for the burglar who broke into the home of a san francisco sheriff deputy estel entire lot box full of weapons and police equipment. the deputy came home yest
