family is having to raise cartwright s three children. jason marks 10 on your side. tonight we re learning more about what police say happened before raids on six chesapeake massage parlors. officers arrested 14 women earlier this month, following a year-long investigation. 10 on your side s erin kelly has been looking at court paperwork. court documents show the massage parlors were listed on online databases that rate places that are alleged to perform sexual activity as part of the massage. the paperwork also says workers touched undercover detectives inappropriately. this was the view from chopper 10 earlier this month as two women were escorted into a sheriff s van at a massage parlor. police and federal agents searched six massage businesses that day following a year-long investigation and hours of surveillance. court paperwork says a citizen told investigators that a woman working at one of the businesses reached toward his erogenous zone. according to the docu
