Pa. asks court to close Lehigh Valley restaurant that allegedly violated COVID-19 shutdown order

One of the three Lehigh Valley restaurants ordered closed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture after allegedly refusing to halt indoor during despite an order from Gov. Tom Wolf to do so is now facing action in the state’s Commonwealth Court.
Mad Dog Hot Dogs Macungie, of the first block of North Poplar Street in that borough, was among 22 restaurants named as respondents in a filing made by the state Department of Health and under the signature of state Attorney General Josh Shapiro. ....
