Johor South and Engineering Industries Association chairman Lim Kok Kiong said its 500-odd members had been vigilant even before Phase One of the National Recovery Plan. He said factory and business operators were aware of the large number of workplace clusters and have been doing their part to keep infections at bay. “Many members are ensuring a safe environment for their employees by adhering to the standard operating procedure strictly. “As business owners, we do not want to risk disrupting our operations or get compounded by the authorities for breaching the rules,” he said in an interview. ....
