Kota Kinabalu: StarSabah is in solidarity with the Sarawak Government on the issue relating to the use of both English and Malay as official languages in the state.
SIBU: The Federal Government is obligated to accept letters that are written in English in official communications from Sarawak, says state Deputy Public Health, Housing and Local Government Minister Michael Tiang.
Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Government maintains the optional use of English for official letters until it is further discussed by the State Cabinet. Sabah Deputy State Secretary (Development) Datuk Dr Ahemad Sade said the meeting would be held closer to the next State Assembly sitting in November.
