[ sirens ] the emergency call came in at 7 29 a. M. , prompting this immediate response. Heavily armed local and federal law officers converging on the navy yard, which was put on lockdown. Employees sheltering in place. The initial call came from someone inside the navy yard who said they thought they heard gunshots.
