Appears that a 26yearold Police Officer with one year on the force was responding to drug activity and ambushed. Shot multiple times. We spoke with a resident she picks up from there. Heard the shot, pop pop pop. I said oh my gosh someone is shooting. Then tons of cops came and they shot a cop. There is constant drug activity going on on the third floor. The Sheriffs Office was just there this week getting people out of there. Over the past couple of days there was concern with drug activity in that Apartment Building and the officer was responding to a report of drug activity. And the woman who was the driver of the car carried that 21 day old baby to an ambulance. Following behind her was the woman who was the passenger in the car. They leave along with the ambulance. Police reported that baby. Lamilyan mccollum. As missing just after seven this morning saying the baby was in the back of a car that was stolen. But after the baby was returned police chief Elliott Isaac didnt have details of why the baby wasnt in the car when it was found.
