Reporter jim, the death of this little boy has shocked the haguerstown community and beyond, a life taken over a piece of cake. Residents decided they had to do something, so they gathered tonight to remember jack at hagerstown city park. Those attending wanted to raise awareness about child abuse. A pastor led the group in prayer and hundreds of candles were lit. Everyone wore blue ribbons in jacks name. Blue is the color designated for child abuse prevention.
