Tonight we spoke with the brother of the one man behind bars already in this case. 19yearold Victor Rodriguez says he was fast asleep sunday morning when homicide detectives came looking for his brother pedro reading. They wanted to talk to the 24yearold reading about the murder of Keisha Jenkins just up the block. By monday, reading was charged with jenkins murder. Hes not capable of shooting somebody.
