Budget and situation and think we need to raise more taxes . And they have painted you as the guy who wants to raise income taxes and businesses taxes. But lets talk income taxes and business taxes. Do most individuals that pay that number, are they paying enough taxes to make ends meet in your view . What im talking about is a tax system that gets people to the point where they are paying that i think is propose. Some people are paying too much. And the middle class hasnt had a tax break in pennsylvania in over 20 years. Our property taxpayers are paying too much. We have the highest corporate net income tax, 9. 99 , in the United States.
