Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott (D) filled more positions on his executive team Tuesday, one week after taking office.
Scott announced that J. Leslie Carter will serve as deputy chief of staff and director of Administration; Stefanie Mavronis, will be acting director of Communication; Scott Davis will be acting director of the Mayor s Office of Neighborhoods; and Daphney Williams will be director of the Mayor s Office of Correspondence and Constituent Services.
