Empowered local people will take proactive action to improve the quality of public services and sustainable development. Hai Phong recorded many positive impacts of the program on the social life of people in the locality, with many projects under implementation in industrial zones throughout the city and at primary and secondary schools in An Lao, Vinh Bao districts. As a result, more than VND27 billion were disbursed from VND32 billion committed, with nearly 2.6 million supported people.The most outstanding result in LRP 11 over the past 16 years is that the city's Confederation of Labor, through the Trade Union of Hai Phong Economic Zone, actively and effectively protected the rights of the marginalized, especially women migrant workers ....
