Spinning into a public relation disaster after video of dao being dragged from a sunday night s flight went viral. oh my god. the airline first said, the flight was over booked then changed its language to tuesday to over sold. united did not respond to multiple attempts to clarify the change. from the white house. when you watch the video, it is troubling to see how it is handled. to late night tv. the ceo of united airlines. this is an upsetting event for all of us. i apologize to reaccommodate these customers.
